Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily operational and administrative functions of the HR Director’s Office.
• Manage agendas, control systems, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Plan and organize meetings for HR staff and management, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
• Information management and documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for HR staff, liaising with travel agencies and preparing expense reports.
• Oversee invoice payments, provide budget updates, and submit purchase requisitions.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, researching best practices and preparing reports.
• Provide support for employee relations activities, including organizing events and facilitating communication.
• Handle inquiries or concerns related to employee relations.
Candidate Profile
• 3-5 years of effective support of an HR Function.
• Proven work experience in a similar position is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
• Proficient in PC Skills
• Experience in creating compelling presentations
• Outstanding skills in organizing, prioritizing, scheduling, planning, and coordinating work.
• A proven track record in managing confidentiality, proven personal ethics, and integrity.
• Proven ability to create and work in a team-oriented multicultural environment.
