Overview

TITAN Greece is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Dry Mortars Production Supervisor to join our team at Elefsina Plant. This role will be responsible for overseeing production processes and working closely with other departments to achieve operational targets.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the dry mortar production process, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor equipment and material usage, ensuring optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or delays.
  • Lead and motivate a production team, providing training on processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule regular inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment, minimizing downtime.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure all finished products meet company specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and submit production reports, including metrics on output, quality, downtime, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to resolve quality or efficiency challenges.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring the production environment complies with all safety policies and that team members use personal protective equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting improvements in production processes and efficiency.
  • Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt of materials and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Oversee the work performed by contractors as required for each job to ensure completion in a safe, timely and qualitative manner.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. (TEI)
  • 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role, ideally in a dry mortar, cement, or similar materials production environment.
  • Familiarity with industrial production equipment and maintenance practices; understanding of dry mortar production processes is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a production team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving operational challenges and production bottlenecks.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Completion of military obligations (if applicable).
