Overview

TITAN Greece is looking for a Segment Manager, for our HQ in Athens, to develop and execute segment strategies, leveraging market intelligence and stakeholder relationships to drive growth. This role, reporting to the Marketing Director is responsible for identifying key opportunities, monitoring market trends, and shaping the company's positioning within prioritized segments. The Segment Manager will work closely with internal teams, customers, and industry stakeholders to enhance market presence and align strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop market models and forecasts to identify high-value opportunity segments based on value, volume, and strategic fit.
• Conduct in-depth research on segment ecosystems, including competitors, influencers, and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Track and analyze regulatory developments affecting prioritized segments.
• Design and implement growth and engagement strategies for prioritized segments (e.g., Real Estate & Hospitality).
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers through industry events, conferences, and expos.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, trends, and purchasing behaviors to provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
• Represent TITAN in industry bodies and advocacy initiatives to strengthen presence and influence.
• Identify and prioritize untapped opportunities within the segment to drive business growth.
• Work with product teams to develop and refine segment-specific value propositions.
• Educate sales teams on segment dynamics and collaborate on compelling segment-specific narratives.
• Partner with product managers to translate segment needs into product definitions.
• Collaborate with CPE to monitor segment performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, to enhance strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing. Experience in cement or lightweight building materials industries will be considered a plus.
